Thermal Insulated Double Skin Roofing Sheets
It’s important that each building has good thermal insulation adapted for the utility of the building. The solution offers METAhybrid® composite double skin roof panels a pre-assembled insulated roofing sheet. They are a sandwich type with insulation filler in between two metal layers, steel profiled top sheet and plain steel at bottom.
METAhybrid® composite double skin panels come pre-assembled so much easier to install at site. The insulation reduces noise and radiant heat it acts like circuit break which is ideal for working inside, they are low maintenance and top rated for thermal performance, excellent method to insulate roof and cladding for any building. Composite panels minimize the radiant heat through roofs and walls which not only keeps your building cool but also reduces your carbon footprint and saves on the ever-increasing cost of energy bills. Installation of solar panel is also feasible on METAhybrid® due to its profile advantage.
Profile: It is possible to mix and match manufacturers METAhybrid® composite double skin, with strength of steel in Colour coated Galvanise, Colour coated Galvalume and bare Galvalume with a choice of all our standard colours coated finish in 0.50mm thickness with off white plain liner panel facing inside the building. Clean and aesthetically pleasing feeling from inside. Quick and easy to install, twin skin metal roofs, combine high performance and versatility in insulation thickness as per utility of building. A closed watertight construction ensures a total weather protection whilst at the same time.
Length and Width: The top sheet is 0.50mm 1135mm actual with cover width of 1060mm BIG span profile (consisting of 4 profiles and 3 valleys) The panels are easily lapped and cover width of 1060mm once fitted. With less lap loss and more cover width. We manufacture panels to customer’s exact requirements from 600mm up to 6000 mm in length
Double skin METAhybrid® Insulation Thickness: The insulation/core is available in 12mm, 19mm, 24mm, 30mm and 50mm thickness.
Roof lights: Factory profiled polycarbonate Roof lights work in conjunction with the METAhybrid® and are delivered to site ready to fit for quick and simple fitting.
